This unit has been discounted greatly to account for the possibility that there could be work going on in the atrium in March or April. The pools are open and heated! The tennis, pickleball, bocce, and shuffleboard courts may not be open for a while. The unit is great! The beach is great! It is about a five minute walk across the street to the beach. We have everything in the unit for you to enjoy an awesome beach vacation! A lot of time and energy goes into planning the perfect vacation.
