    Guest access
    You can park in the garage and driveway - street parking is not allowed per our HOA rules. You will need a car to get around the community as it is quite large. There are sidewalks perfect for walking or jogging around the community.
    Other things to note

    ***If you have a dog - will have to be owner approved first. Please send breed, size/weight and age of your dog when inquiring. Pet fee is $25 per night each.
    Approval of pets are NOT guaranteed. Special cleaning fee, when pet is present of $300 will be added.

    *** POOL is heated, we will charge $15/day for reservation in June - October,
    $25/day for reservations in November -May. We will ask for payment upon booking via resolution center.

    *** $100 HOA application fee is NOT included in the rent and will need to be sent upon booking. For booking 20 days prior arrival Application Association FEE is $100.
    20 to 7 days prior arrival their FEE is $200, Inside the 7 days - $300 and same day Application is $400. That FEE in not ours and we will need your email to email you the HOA application to fill out.

Our stay was 12 nights. Lovely, clean, bright family friendly home in a beautiful gated community. Spacious rooms. We especially loved the outdoor pool area. Great having else access to pool floats and beach gear. Garage parking was a huge plus. The host was very responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. Loved our walk in the early am and evening through the neighborhood. Would stay again!

An amazing stay

Our stay at this house was incredible and exactly as it was described in the listing. The house is stylish and located in a wonderful area, very close to the beach. The hosts were excellent in responding quickly and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We stayed at the house for one week in May 2026. The host was very good at responding to inquiries and we found the property to be exactly as pictured. I really appreciated all the extras that they left for us - cleaning products, bottled water, hand soap, etc. The bedrooms were set up really well and we made use of the pool and outdoor kitchen area. They also provided beach chairs, rafts etc, that we used as well. We are a family of 6 adults and the property worked very well for us. Everything is close by but you will definitely need a car. We used the beaches at Lowdermilk park because there was a lot of parking and there were facilities there. Our favorite restaurant was The dock near the marina in Tin City but we ate at a lot on Fifth Avenue as well.

Naples 2024

Property exceeded expectations and host was exceptional. Home was clean and very well furnished, allowing for a wonderful family and friends winter vacation. Owner responded to questions within an hour and even had our water heater replaced on a Sunday morning when it failed on Saturday night. We’ve already stated the contract to rent the same home in 2025. A true 5-star experience.

Spacious and Clean

My family and I found the luxury Villa Azul in Naples to be very spacious and clean! There was plenty of room with bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone. My grandchildren were over the top swimming in the pool almost every day! It was great to be able to visit with friends in the area and be able to come back to a most comfortable house! The community was very quiet and our neighbors were very kind and generous. I would definitely return to this wonderful home!
