Freshly Remodeled home with all new furnishings and huge driveway. 5 Bedrooms / 3 Bathrooms 2 Living Areas 6 Brand new Mitsubishi HVAC Mini-split system Large grass lot with \~50' of private sandy bottom waterfront, Waterfront lounge/gathering area with over a dozen chairs and a "boat load" of water toys ex: kayaks, SUPs etc... 6' x 50' Dock with Flow-thru decking Large new lounge style swim raft Solo Stove fire pit area. Outdoor features a large boat/swimming dock, two decks with lounge seating and fire table, and Solo Stove fire pit area. The upper deck is set up for outdoor entertaining and family gatherings, with a large deep sectional seating area, huge family dining table and chairs, Weber gas grill, and a new large electric retractable sunsetter awning. The waterside deck is about relaxation, featuring adirondack chairs and waterside dining set. The fire pit area is equipped with overhead accent lights, a Yukon SoloStove for "smoke-free" enjoyment, and adirondack chairs. One of the best features of the property is the gradual depth SANDY BOTTOM swimming area. A great place for families of all ages to fully enjoy the lake experience. The BRAND NEW 50' + dock at Bully's Outlook is allows for convenient boarding with all the other benefits of direct waterfront property. We also include some standup paddleboards and kayaks. \*\*Must sign waiver to use. The interior is newly remodeled & updated with modern features but preserves lakehouse charm. Updates include two massive four-panel sliding doors overlooking the water, new appliances, HVAC, furniture, window treatments, blackout blinds in all bedrooms, high-speed mesh WiFi, Amazon TV's, Video ARCADE GAMES, plenty of board games / inside activities & much more. The upper level boasts a large "great room" equipped with zoned HVAC, Sonos speaker, a wood-burning stove, brand new sofas, a large dining table, a fully stocked kitchen, large TV (for streaming), two guest rooms, bathroom, laundry and sunroom with an elevated card / dining table. The ground level offers an additional living room with a large sectional couch, large TV, 1x guest room with a queen bed, family room with queen bed quad bunk beds (twins) and private bathroom. This property offers multiple areas to spread out both inside the house and on and around the property and lake. We rented a pontoon boat and getting the boat and docking at the property was very easy. The house was well equipped with cooking supplies; everything you need and lots of extras. They provided bed linens, bath and hand towels, dish towels, beach towels (very nice ones I must add) as well as complimentary bath items. Paper towels and toilet paper as well. I’ve stayed at many lake house rentals and would have to bring all those items. Big benefit. On top of all this, this rental is dog friendly. We were unable to secure dog boarding and it was quite the relief to find this out with this rental. Beds were very comfortable. The A/C was awesome. It was a very humid week for the most part and it was very pleasant to be able to get out of the heat. Their sunroom was an excellent area to make jigsaw puzzles. The high triangular table top was just perfect! 😀 Very quiet location both during the day and in the evening. A great fire pit location (just wish there was a bit of lighting in the fire pit location). Having 12 people stay and only one split door refrigerator was a bit of a challenge to fit everything we needed to keep cool. We used our coolers and a lot of ice for many items we couldn’t fit in the refrigerator. Recommend having a second refrigerator at this rental. The host; Ryan was excellent! ##### Kimberly C. Ryan's hospitality and communication were top notch. The home accommodated our large group comfortably and we had an absolute blast playing on the sandy beach, fishing off the dock and testing out all the paddleboards and kayaks. It was so convenient to be able to tie up our rental boat right in front of the house. One thing to note if you're traveling with young children--the house is separated from the firepit/beach area by a dirt road.
