He was around the property tidying up and caring for it. We felt so welcomed. He went above and beyond to help us when we had a car issue and found some duct tape to get us by. He also was able to get us more pillows immediately. The owners care about the cleanliness, and your comfort. The unit was huge and we enjoyed the backyard, very much. It's quiet and in a lovely neighborhood with friendly passerby's. If ever in the Naples area, this location is in perfect proximity to 5th Avenue, and also to hop on the highway to head south to Marco Island. It's also right near the Botanical Gardens and is across the street from an Olive Garden. Truly a lovely place that we would recommend to anyone. They are also pet-friendly and that was a huge motivator to stay at this location. My favorite features of the cottage were the tastefulness of the decorating and the fact that it was as clean and immaculate as my own home in Maryland. We loved the backyard, too, where we ate several of our meals. The owner, Carlos, is a wonderful host who was available to us for whatever we needed.
