That person spoke perfect English but the person checking us in did not. Good thing we speak Spanish it helped. The property is very comfortable it sleeps 4 (2 rooms, one master and two singles) big couch can be a 5th bed. However they assumed we were only going to use one room therefore didn't bother with sheets or to turn on the second cooling unit. They fixed that the second day. The neighborhood is super sketchy and loud so don't try to sleep in (not that type of place). However it is very close to the Naples Central station with all you need, many stores, shops and restaurants.
