"We loved this hotel! We had a two bedroom unit with full kitchen and overlooked the marina. The staff made us feel very welcomed. The pool and lazy river were great and the restaurant by the pool was tasty with a decent selection. Finding open chairs and tubes was a bit challenging. The shuttle service was quick and easy. Overall, it’s a fantastic hotel and we can’t wait to go back next time we’re in Naples."

"The property itself was great--the building and architecture. Staff and helpful were gracious especially those at the club level. The club level amenities were good although, the breakfast food should have more variety especially if guests are staying a few days. The drinks offerings were excellent. The club level is located in another building across the main building where the pool is. I think the club level should be located in the building with easier access to the pool. It just doesn't make sense that club level guests have to cross the street to get to the pool. One time we decided to go to the beach, we found out that there were no beach side service. Guests were only driven to the side of the beach then left with umbrella and chairs which the guests have to haul to the beach and set up themselves. At least setting up the umbrella and chairs would be appreciated. Anyway, we ended up going back to the hotel at once since the beach wasn't that inviting anyway."
