The Home:
Refreshed in October 2025, this single-family home has an open layout with tropical decor and plantation shutters. The updated kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances and full cookware, and the dining area seats 8. The living room has a pull-out sofa, a love seat and 3 accent chairs around a large TV.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
The primary suite has a king bed, two closets, a TV and an en suite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a TV. The third bedroom has a queen-over-twin bunk. A second full bathroom serves the guest bedrooms, and the living room sofa pulls out for extra sleeping.

Outdoor Living:
The brick-paver lanai surrounds a private saltwater pool that faces west for afternoon sun and is 6 feet at the deep end. Lounge on 4 chaise loungers by the pool or the outdoor loveseat and 2 chairs with a coffee table, and dine at the round table for 4 on the covered patio. A gas grill with propane provided is ready for cookouts, and the yard is fully fenced.

Included for Your Stay:
Beach: 5 beach chairs, 1 large beach umbrella and 2 coolers.
Bikes: 2 adult bikes and a tire pump.
Little ones: 1 Pack 'n Play and 1 high chair.

• Trash & recycling: our trash and recycling program takes the cans to the curb and brings them back for you automatically.
• Pool safety: the pool has no safety fence or alarm. Please supervise children at all times.
