  • 3 bed 2 bath home located in the sought after Naples Park. Home features new kitchen and baths along with new flooring and many updates throughout. Home is south facing so you get constant sunshine in the rear of the home to enjoy sunny days by the pool. Home is 2 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico and shopping, nightlife and restaurants (Mercato). The home is turn key, equipped with kitchenware, beach chairs, gas grill and more. Security cameras are located at the front door of the property and back camera is attached to the right corner facing the dining table. Back camera is shut off upon arrival. Front camera is left on for security purposes. We look forward to having you rent our home.
