Good location with easy access to waterfront, shops, cafes. Good parking. Range of food options, hot water (from a flask) for beverages and staffing at breakfast could be better for the amount charged.

Lovely view and comfortable bed. The in-house breakfast was good. Great location. Be careful on checking out to ask for an itemized bill. I'm sure I was overcharged but did not think to question it at the time.
