Location is good, other than that not much to recommend. Trash was piled up out the back and the whole property is in serious need of attention. Terrible water pressure. Definitely not worth the pricey tariff.

The property is across from the ocean and just down the street from the aquarium and restaurants. Was a bit disappointed some parts of the property need to have some maintenance done, the tub is pealing and needs to be replaced or fixed. The other bathroom has gaps around the bottom of the door and around one side. So a cold breeze blows in while you are trying to shower. Also the hot water only comes out as a trickle where as the cold water comes out full blast. Have long hair was hard to wash my hair. The bathroom with the tub, also need the fix to be fixed up, looks like it is coming off the ceiling. Otherwise it is a nice location with lots of room.

Fridge not working well in kitchen. Some light bulbs not working in the room. Bath tub in terrible conditions. Washing machine bad condition. No proper house maintenance. Need lots of work in the house.
