This 2 level Napier holiday home includes warm and comfortably appointed open plan living upstairs - the large new gas fire provides fabulous warmth for those winter months, while the deck provides a great spot to soak up the sun and scenery when the weather is warmer. Additional decking at the rear of the house provides a private space for laid back BBQs with stunning views of the city and over the mountain ranges. On the lower level the new large heat pump is on hand for ideal year round comfort. Upstairs at this Napier accommodation, bedroom 1 is fitted with a king bed. Downstairs, bedroom 2 has a super king bed, bedroom 3 includes a queen bed, while bedroom 4 has a single bunk set. To complete your easy group configuration, there is a bathroom on each floor, one of which is newly refurbished with a spa bath and large shower.
