Nice main rooms although the bathroom is ready for an upgrade. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good restaurant and good laundry facilities too. The wifi is much better than expected from Tripadvisor reviews. Drops out at busy times but otherwise fine.
Albany is a good location with National Parks nearby and fabulous beaches.

Motel was slightly away from main town centre but easily accessible to all ammenities. Room was large, clean, welcoming and well maintained. A good variety of take aways nearby. Along with Toaster there was a Microwave in the room along with kettle and a decent supply of coffee/tea etc.
