The resort cannot help you with issues such as entering the property, housekeeping, or anything inside the unit not working properly. Please DO NOT go to the Mansion to \`check-in\` or request help with your baggage. Insects may be seen outside and occasionally inside units. Because the condo does not have a mailbox, guests are not able to send any mail to the property ahead of time or during their stay. Silverado Resort is a prime location for exploring the Napa Valley. It is just off the Silverado Trail, where wineries such as Stag\`s Leap, Black Stallion, Silver Oak, and Mumm Napa are all located. A few minutes from downtown Napa, Silverado Resort is also a great spot from which to venture out to enjoy the variety of Napa tasting rooms, restaurants, and music venues. We love staying at the Silverado Resort due to its proximity to town and so many things to do. The unit is as advertised, and Krista is a fabulous host--she is very responsive and thorough in her communications before you arrive, during your stay and afterward.
