Perfectly blending historic character with modern amenities, this cozy retreat features hardwood floors, warm wine-country décor, high quality, natural bedding and a private, fenced oasis in the backyard. 1/2 mile to downtown Napa, you are close enough to walk but in a quiet, charming residential neighborhood. 1 dog considered for a $100 fee.

Enjoy posh shops and epicurean delights at critically acclaimed restaurants downtown ~ all within a ½ mile. Access a large assortment of wine labels at one of the many wine tasting bars in downtown Napa. Plan a picnic in the beautiful Carneros region or the Stags Leap district all within three miles. End it all with a relaxing evening in the hot tub under the stars.
Amenities include central heat and air, two bedrooms with premium king and queen size beds, a lovely bathroom with tub, shower and pedestal sink, fold out queen size bed in the living room, light and bright kitchen with up-graded appliances, private terrace and garden with patio dining, hot tub, washer/dryer in the carraige house in the back yard, smart television with access to all your favorite streaming services, board games and free Wireless Internet.
*** Please not that this house is small, just 752 square feet and it was built in 1936. We allow up to 5 guests, but it will be cozy! Please don't rent this house and complain that it's small or old. It's called La Casita (the little house) for a good reason!

We had an amazing four days in Napa. If looking to stay in town this is perfectly located and has very comfortable amenities - hot tub, BBQ, washer/dryer. Would book again!
Perfect spot in Napa to stay without paying too much. Everything was exactly as advertised- the hot tub was great, the space was cozy and comfortable, and it’s close to downtown Napa. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay and visit the wineries!
House was great! It's old, but has charm! Very clean! It's a mile walk to downtown. Would definitely stay at this house again! Highly recommend!

Can't say enough good things about this house. It was perfect for our stay in Napa for a family wedding. It's a small house, as the listing states, but it was perfect for my me, my husband, and our teen. Our teen loved having her own bedroom for the stay (since she's usually stuck on the fold out couch in a hotel suite). The house is super cute and nicely decorated. The kitchen is stocked with most of what we needed for the weekend (though make sure you bring creamer for your coffee). The backyard is a nice little patio area with a table, hot tub, and fountain, and it has a high fence so that it feels a little secluded though you're in a neighborhood. The house is right there in downtown Napa with restaurants and shops just minutes away. There's even a great taqueria right on the corner just steps from the house! Parking was easy, communication was good throughout, and entry to the house was easy. Would definitely recommend.
Cute house - the table in the garden was a lovely place to have morning coffee! The hot tub was a wonderful way to relax at the end of the day. Great location and the taqueria on the corner is amazing! Would stay there again!
Great little house, comfy beds, awesome back yard with hot tub, owner very easy to deal with… LONG walk into town +\- 30 minutes thru residential neighborhood only things close are taqueria and liwuor dtore
This bungalow was perfect for the two of us. It had everything we needed for our visit. Loved the outdoor backyard area with hot tub where we had morning coffee and evening wine. We loved the quiet neighborhood and location was so easy to get to downtown Napa restaurants- less than a mile! We would absolutely stay here again!
We loved our stay at La Casita. The house fits all the needs of a small group visiting Napa Valley. It is not a super lavish place but did not miss the mark on anything we expected. The Location is great and close to Oxbow market and other amazing spots in downtown Napa. Bonus note the taqueria on the corner was a very pleasant surprise and delicious after a day of drinking wine.
This was a great little house and location. We very much enjoyed the back patio and hot tub. House is a bit dated and needs some electrical outlets updated as my items being plugged in, kept falling out of outlet and new ceiling fans for air flow would be good. Enjoyed our stay overall.
Cute little bungalow in a great location. Nice patio and hot tub. The beds are comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. Our only criticism was the strong smell of mold/mildew and shower never got past luke warm.
We were in town to visit some wineries. But, our most memorable part was staying in this home. We did laundry, had a fire and used the hot tub. It was a great place to relax and move around town. Plus our communication was spot on. So helpful and kind.
Perfect alternative to a hotel. Short walk to middle of Napa downtown. Clean and well maintained. Nice back courtyard to sit in. We recommend this place.
Stayed a week for wine tastings. Close to downtown Napa but on a quiet street. Nice private hot tub and cute, taken care of patio. Living space nice but not opulent. Worked well for our trip!
Perfect spot for a couple, a cozy bungalow within easy walking to downtown Napa. Quiet neighborhood was a welcome break from crowded hotels. The hot tub and outdoor fire pit were perfect for cool nights. We will do this again. Belinda was super easy to deal with, answering email questions quickly.
There are some upgrades that are needed but I’ve owned old houses in my life time. It’s really hard to upgrade and upkeep up an old place like this. I loved it. The location is great. It’s in a really good neighborhood. There could be some senior upgrades but I loved the place. We will come back for sure and stay longer.
We had a great stay here, mattresses were comfortable, and everything was clean and comfortable. Kitchen had the basics, there was a great Taco restaurant a few doors down, downtown Napa was a 10-15 min walk.
Hot tub was lovely, but you will want to preheat it. It is elevated from the patio, so it takes two to remove and replace the cover. We had a little trouble with the controls, but there were some troubleshooting tips in the house binder. (We did have to turn on the outdoor switch/breaker to get it running initially.) We didn't spend a lot of time on the patio due to the time of year, but it was very cute.
We contacted the housekeeper/owner for a minor electronics issue and they responded within minutes.
We had a very comfortable stay and would recommend!
Great stay for the Napa Half Marathon / close to downtown
My friend and I chose a VRBO instead of a hotel so we could catch up properly without having to sit at a lounge in a hotel. The place is small but really so adorable and perfectly suited for 2 adults. We never walked into downtown but you probably could as I think its less than a mile. Checking in and out was a breeze and the owner was so responsive when I had questions while there. There was one incident (which did not bother us at all) but the house keeper showed up unannounced and we did not know she showed up in the backyard. That may bother someone but I emailed the owner becasue some items were moved and she immediately got back to me with how sorry she was. Again, such a minor detail and would not deter me from going back and renting the house if we were in Napa again. Thank you for a fantastic time. Great place!
My sister and I had a lovely stay with our adult niece at this sweet little home. We had just the right amount of space for the three of us. Everything was perfect when we arrived, clean and welcoming. We were able to enjoy the patio the first evening, before dinner at nearby Grace's Table, although regretfully, we never did end up getting into the hot tub due to timing. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs, with many basic cooking ingredients available to use, so no need to run to the store. Parking is easy as the home is on a corner in a residential neighborhood. We could have walked to many restaurants, etc., pretty easily, and it was just a short drive to downtown. We left our car there while we spent a full day visiting area wineries, booking a driver through Squire Livery (also highly recommend!). Belinda was wonderful, and we were fortunate to have a chance to meet her. Perfect for relaxing as well as exploring both the Valley and the town of Napa.

Overall the Casita is a good stay, we felt there were a few improvements that would have made it worth the price and value we paid.
Pros:
-Cute area, safe neighborhood. Always easy parking out front
-Really cute outside patio area
-washer/dryer
-Overall decent space, wouldn't probably be good for more than two couple though and that'll even be a little tight with the bathroom. But still very doable
-Location was good, easy walk to downtown!
-Taqueria nearby really good!
Cons:
-Did not feel really cleaned. Very musty smelling from the pack n play to the towels. We didn't even use the high chair because of how gross it was which was a bit of inconvenience for us (had a 16m old with us). The ceiling fans were covered in a thick layer of dust. I tried to clean one and there was still so much dust leftover we just didn't feel comfortable running them. We know there is air, but the nights were so nice out that we would have enjoyed windows open with the fans on. There was a stain on the sheets on the queen bed that seemed set in.
-The queen size bed is veryyyyy broken in. Highly uncomfortable if two people are sleeping in it. Really needs an update.
Again, overall the pros outweigh the cons and we appreciated our stay, but do feel a few small changes and a deep clean could really improve one's stay.
