Your roomy sleeping area features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and breakfast table for two. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Fenced for peaceful privacy, your patio is ideal for sipping morning coffee. Just steps away, the sparkling community pool is 4' deep and open Memorial Day through Labor Day. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi and coin-operated laundry facilities are provided. Uncovered parking is available on-site on a first-come, first-serve basis. Although this privately owned condominium is located within the Silverado Resort Condominium Community, it is managed by Vacasa and is not affiliated with the Silverado Resort and Spa. Therefore guests will not be charged the $25/day resort fee that the Resort charges its guests. While we highly recommend you explore the world-class restaurants, spas, and golf courses close by in Napa, you can also use some of the convenient Resort amenities. The Market and Bakery, Pro Shop, Spa Shop, The Grill Restaurant, Mansion Lounge, and the spa cafe are open to the public. Vacasa guests will need to buy day passes to use spa services and the spa fitness center. Tee times on the Silverado golf courses are only available to Resort guests, Troon members, or in some cases may be booked for guests by a local golf pro. There are many other great courses nearby, including Chardonnay and Eagle Vines. Amenities not available to guests of this privately owned condominium include room service, bell service, property shuttle, Resort housekeeping, Resort engineering services, tennis lessons and camps, and the main Silverado Resort pool. (However, you may use the condo community pool located near your rental.) Please contact Vacasa if you have housekeeping needs or maintenance requests. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Also the location is great and close to many wineries. That’s about all I can say that is good about this room. First of all the directions for finding the room are very confusing. It says that the room is near the pool in the 300’s section of the resort. However it doesn’t mention that there are several pools and another 300’s section. Luckily we were able to get help from the friendly staff who were eventually able to find our room. Upon finding the room and getting the key from the lockbox, the sliding door (which is the only way in and out of the room) completely popped out of the frame and fell out. Luckily we caught it so it didn’t shatter. Since we couldn’t leave our belongings in a room with no door we called for help and had to cancel our reservations for the evening which we made months in advance. It took about an hour for someone to show up. During that time we were able to get the door back in the frame so we could at the very least lock the door. Finally when the manager showed up all she did was look at the door then told us some one would be by the next day to fix it. This never happened. It doesn’t stop there. The room itself only had 1/3 of a roll of toilet paper. We looked everywhere and could not find another roll. Since we were staying for several days we needed more and had to go buy some which is not something you normally have to do when on vacation. We had the same issue with trash bags. There was only one small trash bag in the small trash can in the room, making runs to the dumpster a frequent thing for us. On the last night someone in the adjoining room tried to get into our room and did not stop until we yelled at them through the door. Luckily the door was locked so they could not get in. If this had happened earlier during our stay we most likely would have tried to stay somewhere else. Due to these issues I would not rent this room again or recommend anyone else to rent it. ##### Lindsey F. ---
