If the spot is occupied or you have an additional vehicle, you can park in any open spot along the white brick wall. See photos. SPA AND GYM FACILITIES: Guests can purchase spa treatments or day passes for gym/pool ($100) passes at the Silverado Resort Spa. Please check with the Spa directly for availability. Priority for treatment and passes is given to members and resort guests, before VRBO guests, so 100% availability is not guaranteed. POOLS: Condominium pool is available to guests 9AM to 10PM and is seasonally heated (May-Sept). Please note there is no jacuzzi. The main resort pool is not available to our guests. The spa pool is available to guests who purchase the $100/day pass or book spa treatments. THINGS TO NOTE: A Lockly remote lock and camera are on the shed door right to the right when guests enter the main gate. The camera is not routinely monitored, but there for security. Parties are not permitted per platform and HOA regulations. Pets: We have a firm \`no-pet policy\` for our vacation rentals. We offer a starter kit of essential supplies like paper goods, soaps, coffee, etc., for a few days, but guests may need to purchase more supplies for extended stays. A $500 credit card hold will be placed on you card mid-stay and automatically released a few days after your stay, barring any damage or extra cleaning needed to the property. Silverado Resort comprises a mix of condos and hotel rooms rented out by the resort itself, as well as privately owned residences, and privately owned units rented out by owners on platforms like VRBO. This condo unit is rented outside the Silverado resort, so any issues pertaining to the condo should be reported to the host only. The resort cannot help you with issues such as entering the property, housekeeping, or anything inside the unit not working properly. Please DO NOT go to the Mansion to \`check-in\` or request help with your baggage. You may contact the front desk with issues outside of the unit, such as noise complaints, and inquiries about the resort’s basic amenities. Because Silverado is a bustling resort, noise from other guests, landscaping, work trucks, etc., is possible and is beyond host control, though this area of the resort is generally quiet. Host recommends that light sleepers bring earplugs. We are a rural destination and close to the golf course. Insects may be seen outside and occasionally inside units. Because the condo does not have a mailbox, guests are not able to send any mail to the property ahead of time or during their stay. Please contact host for options if you need to send mail. Two king beds with wonderful bedding and 2 modern bathrooms made it very comfortable. Weather wasn't great so we didn't spend any time outside on the patios, but inside living area was very accommodating for our needs. We would definitely stay here again. ##### Susan D. Condo was perfect for 2 adult couples. We especially enjoyed the golf course view off the patio. The amenities were as described & we find Silverado conveniently located to many wineries, restaurants, & activities. The property manager, Krista, was a delight to work with & very attentive. Everything feels new, location is perfect resort stay with all you need to stay in or go out. We loved being on the golf course and listening to crickets as we fell asleep. The elders enjoyed waking up early and enjoying their cup of coffee on the patio while watching the golfers come through.
