Victorian 4+ bed 3 bath, Quiet & tranquil, yet just 4 blocks to Downtown's shops, wineries, restaurants, music scene and nightlife.
Downstairs: recently remodeled kitchen with island, chef range, stainless steel appliances, wine fridge. Open plan living room, family room, formal dining room. One bedroom w/ ensuite. Separate guest bathroom. Sweet wraparound porch.
Upstairs: 3 large bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with shower. In-unit washer dryer.
Exterior: Off-street Parking for 3-4 cars. The large front lawn has recently been upgraded with enclosed picket fence for dogs/pets/gatherings, wrap around porch with rocking adirondacks great for coffee, gossip and people watching, beautiful entry detail and a gorgeous front door.
