Silverado Resort comprises a mix of condos and hotel rooms rented out by the resort itself, as well as privately owned residences, and privately owned units rented out by owners on platforms like VRBO. This VRBO condo unit is rented outside the Silverado resort, so any issues pertaining to the condo should be reported to the host only. The resort cannot help you with issues such as entering the property, housekeeping, or anything inside the unit not working properly. Please DO NOT go to the Mansion to \`check-in\` or request help with your baggage. You may contact the front desk with issues outside of the unit, such as noise complaints, and inquiries about the resort’s basic amenities. Because Silverado is a bustling resort, noise from other guests, landscaping, work trucks, etc., is possible and is beyond host control. Host provides sound machines in all condos and recommends that light sleepers bring earplugs. We are a rural destination and close to the golf course. Insects may be seen outside and occasionally inside units. Because the condo does not have a mailbox, guests are not able to send any mail to the property ahead of time or during their stay. The condo is clean and very well appointed. It was only 10 minutes to Napa center and has many great wineries within 15 minutes. Our host Krista was very attentive and very helpful. It was a sisters trip and plenty of room for 3 people. The decor is lovely and the place had everything we needed. Krista was a great communicator and told us everything we needed to fully enjoy our time. The location is a quick drive to downtown Napa and easy to get to mid- Napa vineyards. Clean, modern and all the amenities you would need for a short or extended stay. The location was outstanding as well. The bed was super comfy, heated lamp in bathroom with very nice shower. Had everything we needed. The most outstanding part was Krista’s communication with us. Every question was answered promptly and she gave us all the information we needed for our stay. She checked in regularly to see how things were going. The experience from beginning to end was so luxurious, easy, professional, with thorough information provided. There were thoughtful nuances throughout the entire space, that did not go unnoticed! The Keurig pods, makeup towels, a bottle of wine and a hand written note to start. Krista was so helpful, easy to contact and very responsive. We decided the gutsy process of flying to Napa and attempting a fun weekend of wine tasting. Upon arriving at the property at the Silverado Resort, we immediately felt at home. It was a bright, modern, and well furnished 1 bedroom condo with a fantastic sleeper couch in the living room area. Krista has really maximized the space and although it's not huge, it is open and inviting. Her communication is incredible - we couldn't believe how responsive and proactive she was in ensuring our stay was great. She has great interior design taste and there were lots of little luxurious touches throughout. We highly recommend her condo and we will definitely be back! ##### Joe Z. We had the best stay and loved the decor. Krista made check in a breeze, checked in to make sure all was going well, and accommodated us so we could take a quick shower after tennis camp before checking out.
