"The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The night shift front desk person (I didn’t get his name) tried so hard to call 2 taxis for us to no avail. He went above and beyond his duty and was very apologetic when he couldn’t get a taxi to come to the hotel. We appreciate his efforts. The hotel is new and very clean. The library/cafe is cozy, bright and welcoming. Breakfast had quite an assortment of foods and numerous drinks and an assortment of smoothies. The cleaning staff did an excellent job of keeping the rooms and corridors looking like new. There are a few places for meals near the hotels well as in the mall nearby. Highly recommend. "

"Very good hotel, 8 mins walk from kurashiki station, which is attached to factory outlet. Hotel room n bed good, bf good , onsen above average. Its a good place to explore kurashiki cannals and old town. Highly recommend if the price is suitable. Free sake welcome drink "

"The room was comfortable but a little small so I had to squeeze a little bit when opening my suitcase. This hotel was generally a good option but I found some mold emerged in the air conditioner. I think the hotel should clean it properly to secure healthy stays for their customers."

"Check-in was very easy. The staff was very friendly, attentive and spoke very good English which was nice. Stayed in a non-smoking queen with lounge access, room was above average for typical Japanese size hotel room. The 17th floor and room was showing a little bit of wear specifically the carpeting in both. Lounge staff was very nice. Super convenient to Okayama station and plenty of food options near by. "
