"I loved the hotel and some of the best and most attentive service anywhere I've ever stayed. The signposting to the camp needs drastic improvement (my taxi got lost which I understood) and the road to get there is dreadful. The accommodation is fabulous and I slept so well. The hotel has an Indian owner and most of the guests were Indian, either from India or local. The way they spoke to and disrespectfully treated the staff was shocking and entirely unacceptable. "The Hotel was beautiful... spacious room, amazing hot shower, plus a good restaurant and pool! Walkable to the Equator and convenient to explore the rest of Nanyuki!
Only complaint was that the room was quite hot and there was no AC and only one small window opened partially."
