  • Beautiful secluded property that borders Long Pond Preserve. Central AC and mini splits installed fall of 2021. Walk through the Moors (Long Pond Preserve) to Dionis Beach. Our family has enjoyed coming to the "Gray Lady" Nantucket Island for more than 50 years. We invite you to enjoy the beauty and history of this magnificent island in our "Special Place". Please respect the house as if it were yours and the nature that surrounds it. A short 5 minute drive to Madaket Beach (life guards) is a pleasant way to spend a beautiful summer day in Nantucket. Visit Mr. Rodger's "Crooked House" and uncover the legend of "Madaket Millie". WIFI, TV,bicycles, boogie boards, beach chairs, towels and tennis racquets, 2 private tennis courts and umbrellas available. Small house broken non shedding dogs allowed . Rental agreement required. Sleeps 6 adults plus a bunky room for 4 children.
    FOR those returning renters the 3rd has a queen bed only on the 3rd floor. There had been 2 singles.
