Renovated Cottage off Main Street- Great Location

This quaint cottage is located in the heart of the historic district on Main Street in Nantucket. Covered with roses and beautiful flowers, it is the perfect getaway! Don't miss this beautifully decorated, 2 bedroom, and one bathroom cottage. The house includes central air conditioning and heat, living room, eat-in kitchen, and washer and dryer on premises. One off street parking spot. Only a five minute walk to all of the shops and restaurants in town & across from the Madaket bike path. The cottage was built in the early 1800's but has been fully gut renovated; custom kitchen which includes Kitchen Aid Professional appliances, farm house sink, white quartz counter tops, custom bathroom, new living room furniture, and a private patio. There is a maximum occupancy of 4 adults, plus one age dependent child.

Perfect Nantucket Cottage!

We just returned from our stay at this beautiful, quaint and historic cottage in Nantucket. We truly enjoyed our stay in the home and it is really just a short walk to the downtown square. Peter was an amazing host and had excellent communication for check-in, house instructions and provided us with so many restaurant recommendations that we really loved! If the property is available, go ahead and reserve it--you will love it!

Having read all the positive reviews, I don't think that there is anything I would be able to add or disagree with. The cottage is in an excellent location close to town, is well appointed, bright and clean. We had a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend. Most importantly is that the host was very accommodating and very easy to reach and communicate with.

What a fabulous and quaint cottage on Nantucket! Beautifully manicured gardens and a lovely view. Cottage was well maintained and very clean. Just a short walk down to the Main Street and wharf. We were very impressed and would definitely recommend this cottage to all of our friends!

Magical Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It had everything we needed and our host Peter communicated well with us. The house was very clean and had plenty room for all four of us. It was a very cold spring weekend and the heat worked very fast and well in all the rooms. We loved cooking and sitting in the sunlight living room. We can't wait to visit this wonderful cottage again!

Wonderful Nantucket Cottage

We absolutely loved this place! Peter was an excellent host who made check in & out super easy and provided everything we needed for our stay. The cottage is lovely & clean and only a 10-15 min walk to town. We were able to cook in the cottage which has tons of kitchen supplies, and sit outside on the side patio/bbq area. When we didn't feel like cooking, we were also within a short distance of many of Nantucket's restaurants. We walked to Jetties & Steps Beach with our dog - about 25 minutes, but it was nice to see more of the island this way! Overall had an amazing time staying here : )

Absolutely Stunning!

I took my mom to Nantucket for her birthday in October and the place was amazing! The pictures online didn’t do it justice. We had all the things we could possibly need in the cottage and loved all the cute details within the place. It’s also walking distance from town which was perfect. The host, Peter, was also very accommodating and great with communication throughout the whole booking process experience. Highly recommend and if we ever come back to the island I’d book here again in a heartbeat!

Amazing stay!

We spent about a month in this absolutely wonderful home on Nantucket. When we arrived, it was clear the house has been professionally cleaned and was spotless. The kitchen is great for cooking for meals in. The tv room has a ton of natural light & was a great place to hang out as a family. There are 2 bedrooms, one on main floor which is easily accessible and 1 in the loft which is a steep staircase (fine for us as we have no mobility issues but bear this in mind). The little patio on the side of the house gets a lot of sun & was great, we used it a lot. I really appreciated all the little details like matching, high quality linens & towels. Location was totally ideal, a quick 10-15 minute walk down Main Street to get into town. We've stayed on Nantucket a number of times and by far we found this location the most ideal, as it's close to everything, very walkable, and has access to a bike path out front. Peter the host was absolutely phenomenal, going above & beyond to make our stay so so enjoyable - fast response, fast resolution, and exemplary customer service on anything we needed. We had an amazing time & look forward to staying here again sometime soon! Thank you so much!
