About this property

Relax at your Madaket Retreat

  • This three bedroom, two bedroom town house can sleep 5. The first floor has a king bedroom and a bedroom with one twin bed, and they share a full bath with tub/shower combo. The washer and dryer are also located on this level. The second floor has an open concept Living/Kitchen/Dining area with a deck that overlooks conservation land. On the third floor is the master suite with a queen bed and ensuite bath with shower. This townhome does not have air conditioning, but there are fans in each bedroom and in the main living area. There are plenty of windows and the location has a great sea breeze.

    Located in Madaket the western most end of the island, this home is just around the corner from Millie's restaurant which is a great place to enjoy the sunset and has fabulous food and drinks. This home is about a five minute walk to the beach - Madaket Beach and Smith's Point and it is also on the WAVE route, the local bus line. The stop is on Madaket Road, a two minute walk away. The space is quiet and relaxing with pastoral views in the back. It is a great place to make memories and enjoy a piece of Nantucket.
