About this property

3 bedroom, 2 bathroom newly renovated in the heart of Sconset with new HVAC

  • The house, known as 'Roof Tree' is one of the most photographed and painted property in Sconset. The first floor consists of a living room, dining area, small office, open kitchen plan with dish washer and washer/dryer, a full bath at one end and the master bedroom with king size bed, and renovated bath en suite, at the other end. Wireless internet and HD tv's in the LR and MBR complete the first floor. The second floor has two bedrooms both with 2 twin beds. The first floor has been completely renovated with much of the original flooring saved and refinished and the second floor has been partially renovated as well. There is a nice yard on the Center Street side of the house for outdoor dining, cocktailing or just relaxing.
