The ground floor includes the lounge equipped by a 3-seater sofa-bed, an flat screen TV and WIFI, a dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen ( 4 induction hob, multipurpose oven with microwave, dishwasher, toaster, nespresso coffee machine, kettle and complimentary tea and coffe).
The bathroom with a shower, a heated towel-rail/radiator, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries
A spacious 15m² bedroom with a double bed, a desk and a large wardrobe.
Upstairs, under the roof, there are 2 bedrooms. one with two single beds, a desk and a chest of drawers, the other one with a bunk bed and a wardrobe.
A patio with garden furniture and a view onto the pool.

Vila sèvre dans l'ensemble
Propre tout ce qu'il faut à l'intérieur 👍
Juste en face de la piscine manque un peu de intimité vis-à-vis du voisins et du passage pour aller à la piscine
joli terrasse mais pas du tout abrite donc impossible de profiter s'il pleut vraiment dommage parce qu'il ne faisait pas froid (je pense solution possibles bas coût)
Trous dans la terrasse pour l'ouverture de la porte pour accéder à la cave limite dangereux pour les enfants en bas âge (je pense solution possibles bas coût)
Malgré ça nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille

Le logement est très bien situé. A l'aide du tram proche nous pouvons rejoindre le cœur de Nantes très rapidement.
L'annonce Abritel semble donner 3 logements dans la propriété en fait il y en beaucoup plus nous avons cependant pu profiter de la piscine à volonté sans encombrement

Stadtnah im Grünen übernachten
Wer Spass an IKEA-Möbeln hat, wird hier nicht enttäuscht. Die Natur und der Pool entschädigen allerdings für einfaches Mobiliar und Küchengerätschaften.
Alles ist bereits in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Auffrischung vertragen. Unser Hund, vorher deutlich angekündigt und angefragt, machte "große Probleme" beim Einchecken, was die Freude auf den Urlaub ziemlich schmälerte. Gottseidank mögen die meisten Franzosen Hunde ;-) Die Stadt Nantes lässt sich per Straßenbahn, Fahrrad oder auch zu Fuß bequem erreichen und ist unbedingt sehens- und erlebenswert. Allerdings sind die angepriesenen Leihräder nur noch für die Fahrt auf den Schrottplatz zu gebrauchen. Schade!

Très agréable dans l'ensemble,
Points positifs:
- Très calme
- Accueillant
- Logement propre
- Personnel à l'écoute
- Massage et personnel du massage extraordinaire
Points négatifs:
- Le premier point, et le plus important est que le site n'est pas explicite sur le faite de partager un logement avec d'autre logement non loin.
- Une douche pour 6 trop peu
- Parking trop petit
