The hotel was lovely. Quirky decor. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to drop our bags off before check-in. The room was small but was absolutely fine for a 3 night break. Tea and coffee facilities available in the room. Also refillable water bottle that you can full up feom the water machine in reception. Reception/bar open 24/7. The shower was good with free shower gel. Location was great, short distance from the train station, airport shuttle stop, trams and Château des Ducs de Bretagne, various restaurants, bars and supermarket.

Helpful staff. Room was as expected. I could not figure out how to adjust the thermostat. I also asked before arrival for an extra blanket and was told they did not have any. I think something every hotel should have on hand. Breakfast was good and offered in a lovely space. The decor of the hotel was fresh and fun. A very short walk from the train station, which is one of the reasons I chose this hotel.

Albergo molto carino a 5minuti a piedi dal castello di Nantes e dal centro. Ottima posizione. Camere pulite e moderne, anche se molto piccole. Personale molto gentile.

夜遅いTGV着予定だったのでナント駅から近くのこちらのホテルを選択しました。室内は清潔で静かです。 冷房の温度はセントラルコントロールで24度でした。寒がりの方は羽織るものがあると過ごしやすいと思います。

Albergo nuovo, arredato con gusto. Bagno piccolo ma doccia molto comoda, e comunque impeccabile. Letto comodissimo. Le dimensioni della stanza erano buone, c'era anche lo spazio per tenere aperta la valigia. Tutto molto pulito, tutto molto in ordine. Ascensore automatico, spazioso. Posizione ottimale per chi come me lo ha scelto per la vicinanza alla stazione dei treni, ma comunque al centro è una camminata di 10 minuti. Un ottimo rapporto qualità / prezzo. Ci tornerei molto volentieri.

Excellente expérience à l'hôtel Chachacha qui est tres bien situé a quelques minutes du château et de la gare. Le personnel est accueillant et les lieux sont très soignés avec une jolie déco et une ambiance agréable. Très bon petit dej également. Je recommande !

El hotel está muy bien decorado, la habitación es muy cómoda, amplia, todo muy nuevo y limpio, sabanas con tacto muy agradable y el jabón del baño huele a cítricos. Las vistas desde la planta 5 espectaculares, veíamos hasta la catedral. Tiene el detalle de dejarte botellas para que puedas llenarlas de agua natural o con gas en una fuente de recepción. En recepción estaba Adrián, un español encantador que nos dió muy buenos consejos. Y es un plus poderte entender en español. Comimos dos habitaciones familiares que se comunican por un hall. El desayuno era variado y bueno, con dulce y salado, con fruta, cereales, quesos y embutidos. Lo recomiendo, aunque ojalá hubiese café de cápsulas o por lo menos más fuerte. Hay aparcamiento de pago a unos 100 metros justo enfrente en la Estacion de tren, a 26 euros la noche. Está en una zona con bares y algún supermercado. Andando al centro unos 15 minutos. En la recepción hay posibilidad de pedir algo de beber, aunque nosotros no lo hicimos.

Très bon hôtel, très propre, très bien entretenu. Personnel accueillant et aidant. A noter que lors de notre séjour il y a eu un problème avec l’eau chaude qui n’était pas disponible. Par chance il y avait la canicule alors l’eau froide sortait tiède pour pouvoir prendre la douche. Lorsque j’ai avertit le personnel le lendemain matin ils se sont empressés pour trouver le problème. Ils ont eu la gentillesse de m’offrir le déjeuner en guise de dédommagement. Très gentille action. Je retournerait à cet hôtel sans aucune hésitation.

-friendly staff -easy check in -free wifi always worked -clean and well presented rooms -good location -mini grocery shop located right next door was handy -gorgeous great views (we had floor 6) -there is a lift- it’s not stated on the website but there is one -cleaners did a great job refreshing the room each day -shower worked fine and has 2 heads -comfy beds -air-con worked fine -tv has YouTube and Netflix Absolutely loved our time here, potentially one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in Only downside I can think of is no fridge in the rooms, would have been handy to keep cold drinks in whilst the weather was hot during our stay but that is just a preference for us Nothing to complain about i definitely recommend to anyone 😊

I remain convinced that Hotel ChaChaCha is the best, cleanest, nicest boutique hotel in Nantes. The amenities are all brand new, the breakfast is high quality, and the staff go out of their way to make your stay a special one. They give excellent recommendations for restaurants and places to visit and are genuinely interested in assisting you if you ask. This hotel is underrated and one of the best deals around. I can't wait to return!

Alt var bra, bortsett fra aircondition. Denne var ikke justerbar, og blåste rett på senga. Den skrudde seg av og på av seg selv. Det var varmebølge så aircondition ble veldig viktig. Bortsett fra dette var det helt utmerket og hyggelig betjening.
