Right across from party central. Lady in the lobby drunk as can be throwing up into a plastic bag our first night there. Didn't bother the hotel staff at all. They had no reaction whatsoever. This was a Wednesday night. Breakfast was awful. Air conditioning did not work. They brought us a fan? I guess that's 1800's level air conditioning. No English at all. Couldn't figure out how to run my visa debit card. Street noises are loud.
