The house itself was very clean, well-kept, and organized, which made settling in comfortable. Communication with the host was also smooth, and they were responsive and helpful throughout the booking process.However, the surrounding area was a major concern. The neighborhood felt unsafe and was extremely noisy, especially at night. There was a lot of rowdy activity that made it difficult to relax, and I didn’t feel entirely secure coming and going after dark. There also appeared to be a significant number of people experiencing homelessness in the immediate area, which added to the overall sense of discomfort during the stay.Unfortunately, this significantly impacted the overall experience. If you’re someone who prioritizes a clean indoor space and doesn’t mind a more chaotic environment outside, this place might work for you. Otherwise, it’s important to be aware that the location may not meet expectations for safety and quiet."

There was trash around the block, and someone I spoke with at a nearby restaurant said he and his aunt were mugged in broad daylight but the cops intervened in time. That concerned me as I had my little dog with me and had to be outside walking her, sometimes in the dark. "
