Between Meurthe and Canal, gîte on the ground floor of a building, in the immediate vicinity of the city center of Nancy, Parc de la Pépinière 500 meters away, Place Stanislas, Place de la Carrière, museums and opera 10 minutes walk away. Shops, restaurants, supermarkets within a radius of one km. Ground floor apartment, access by 5 steps with handrail.  
Studio configuration with on one side fitted kitchen and dining area, and on the other side lounge area and sleeping area (1 bed 140x190).  
Shower room/WC.  
All-inclusive service, sheets and towels provided, bed made on arrival, end-of-stay cleaning included.  
Gas central heating, charges included.  
Wifi internet (fiber).
