From our arrival and throughout our stay the staff was extremely gracious, polite and helpful. Our Japanese/Western style room was spacious, comfortable and had a beautiful ocean view. The room was equipped with all the modern conveniences and had a beautiful indoor furo bath which my wife and I enjoyed. The public furo facilities were also nice but got crowded at certain times of the day. The meals were served in the rokan's ocean view dining room kaiseki style and was delicious and well presented. Wakura Onsen the area where Yukemurino Yado Biwanso is located in is well known for its hot springs, excellent accommodations and wonderful views but has limited local shopping and dining venues. Also very little tourist information is written in English which was a bit challenging.
