This is a wonderful place to stay in Wakura Onsen. It's close to the baths, with easy parking. The house is immaculate inside with every convenience we needed. We are very grateful to our host!

戸建ての家貸切の為、他の人と接触することなくコロナ禍でも安心。室内も清掃が行き届いて綺麗。 アメニティも充実どころか、こんなものまで用意されてるんだと感心した。 例えば洗濯機や洗濯物を干すピンチまであってそのままここに住めるくらいにまでなっていて驚きました。 ただ予約前日までのメールのやり取りで、あらかじめチェックインの時間を伝えてるため、着く直前の連絡は不要と言われたが、15時になっても誰も人がいなく、10分経っても管理人の方が来なく待ちぼうけみたいになってしまい不安になった。 家の鍵空いてるのか見に行ったら鍵も空いてる状態だった為、私たちが到着する前まで誰でも入れる状態で中に人がいたらとか考えるとセキュリティが心配。 せめて玄関のとこにでも書き置きが欲しかった。

宿は立地もよく、鍵の受け渡しのご対応いただいたスタッフの方はとても親切でした。時間ギリギリ雨の中バイクでの到着でしたが、濡れた装備を拭くものやハンガーをすぐにご用意いただき、また空腹とお伝えしたところ、遅い時間に空いているお店を見つけてくださったり。とても感謝しております。ご案内いただいた蛇目寿司さんもとてもおいしかったです。 一方で、予約に関わる運営会社は対応が不親切で、人数変更に関わるキャンセル料のご説明も「返金できません」の一点張りで、何に基づいて返金いただけないのかの根拠もなかなか示していただけず、とても不快でした。
