1 bed/ 1 bath. Newly built guest house. Not a basement suite, no one above or beside you! Completely separate house. We are happy to accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. Couples, families and those travelling for work that are looking for a clean, quiet and relaxing place to stay. The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. 1 full bathroom with deep soaker tub/shower combo. Gorgeous Venetian plaster touches throughout the Villa. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs with stainless steal appliances. There is a dedicated work space in the bedroom & a dresser/hangers in one of the two closets so you can unpack and get comfortable. You have your own private back patio area with outdoor seating for dining. There is also a washer/dryer & portable Air conditioning unit in the suite should you need during your stay. We look forward to hosting you! Located close to the Parkway in south Nanaimo for ease of travelling up or down the island. Just 10 minutes to the Airport, BC ferries, Hullo Ferries, VIU, Western Maritime Institute, and Downtown. One queen size bed in bedroom & pull-out sofa bed in the living room. Dedicated work space, private outdoor patio with outdoor dinning, washer/dryer in unit & Portable Air Conditioning. Grocery/ liquor, restaurants etc. Just 5 min drive. Beautiful hiking/biking trails close by & directly on bus route.
