Nice Place

It was a nice place with comfy beds. Sound carried down from the upstairs but we were anticipating that being in a basement suite. Overall very comfy and clean and good location to local beaches.

Quiet neighbourhood, very safe for walking in the evening. Beds were firm but not uncomfortable. Kitchen was clean and appropriately stocked. As host mentioned in listing there is some noise from family in house but not unreasonable.

The place was very clean and well stocked, with a pretty good selection of spices as well as laundry detergent, but we especially appreciated the Tim’s coffee. Thanks for everything, we will definitely return when we’re back in Nanaimo

The suite was clean, bright, and spacious. The owners were responsive and attentive, and we felt at home and comfortable bringing our two littles to stay there. Both my wife and I are keen cooks, and the kitchen equipment available here is a little basic and limited. That said, we'd still happily give 5 stars and maybe bring one or two "essentials" ourselves if staying again!

This place is great. Very clean and the host is very nice. The backyard is huge and looks fun if you have kids. We were allowed to park our motorcycles on the property, but street parking is ample as well. Nice large smart TV for entertainment, but you are also walking distance to some nice restaurants and pubs. Nice coded lock on the door so you don't have to worry about a key. Would definitely stay here again if I'm back in Nanaimo.
