Overall our stay was okay. However, I noticed that there were so many things scattered around especially the hallways that I find unsafe in an event of an emergency.

We’ve been a repeat guests for Sejong. Really appreciate the hotel’s cleanliness and amenities. The room was clean, even housekeeping did a good job when we requested for our bed to be made. The only thing that didn’t change is the worker’s union protest, that seems on-going even before covid. Fortunately, they didn’t bother hotel guests but get a bit crowded when the protest at the lobby though.

Room temp control was not working even after switching the room. The USB charge port did not work in the room and in the switched room too. Bad smell in the room, which caused me to ask for a room change. The new room fixed the odor problem. Overall, the hotel need renovation as things look pale ...
