"Wir haben eine Nacht in der Unterkunft verbracht, um am nächsten Tag von dort in den KTP zu fahren. Die Grenze zu Südafrika ist nur 15 km entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Als Pärchen bekamen wir ein großzügiges Familienzimmer, welches sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet war. Das vorab gebuchte Dinner war das beste, was wir während unserer 16-tägigen Reise gegessen haben. "The camp is well run and is also well laid-out. Mixture of cabins and also camping places makes it a good stop on the way north/south. The restcamp is well run, and looks neat & tidy. Tea/coffee facilities in the room together with a private bathroom. No problems with water despite the nationwide water shortages and power cuts. Pleasant bar/outside area for sitting and a good bar menu too. Considering the other options in Kamanjab then this must be the best place. Recommended if...

"The location is the big attraction for this hotel. The scenery is amazing. Climbing up the cliff for sunset and dining at the Eagle’s Nest restaurant was incredible. Accommodation was comfortable -there were a few dead bugs in our room , maybe it hadn’t been swept in a few days but it felt generally clean. Staff were responsive if asked, but (aside from staff at Eagles Nest) weren’t super friendly. Felt a bit like we were inconveniencing the staff when we ordered breakfast. Maybe she was just having an off day… "
