This was a very nice hotel to stay. The staff were great, the rooms were clean and it was centrally located to everything.

A very nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to many attractions in the city centre area. Close to hop on hop off buses. Lots of restaurants all around the area. Good shopping as well. Would definitely stay there again if visiting Rome.

Worst hotel experience ever! The elevator was broken throughout our entire stay, making things extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the guy at reception tried to charge me twice for the city tax, even though I had already paid it just 10 minutes earlier!
Absolutely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here. I will NEVER comeback! I also felt terrible for the poor staff member who had to carry our 23kg luggages from the 3rd floor all the way down to the main floor. Worst experience!

"Maybe I should start with my GF and I were cycling a DIY version of the Ha Giang loop. Our stay at Tớ Dày was our fifth evening and also my GF's birthday. It also turned out to be one of the hardest day's we'd faced (a 75km day that had us over 300km in total) and had pushed us to get there before ..."
