Point de Départ D'escapades Touristiques ! Plongez dans l’authenticité du Poitou lors d’un séjour dans notre maison familiale de plein pied à la campagne située à Nalliers dans la Vienne. Elle se compose de trois chambres, dont deux équipées de lit de 1.60 x 1.90 et la troisième de 2 lits bateaux 1.20 x 1.90, de 2 salles d’eau modernes, d’un salon /salle-à manger accueillant, et d’une cuisine équipée. Tous les lits fait à votre arrivée et sont pourvus de couettes. Des couvertures supplémentaires sont mises à dispositions dans les armoires. Un pack serviettes (1 drap de bain et une serviette par personne) est également fourni. Notre habitation offre un cadre idéal pour des vacances reposantes en famille ou entre amis, et est un point de départ pour de nombreuses balades en vélos et randonnées pédestres, afin de découvrir la grande variété des paysages et les nombreux châteaux présents. Venez profiter de notre jardin agrémenté de transats et d’un barbecue, pour des moments de détente en plein air. De plus un abri vous permet de stationner vos véhicules. La maison est nichée dans un village paisible, ou coule la Gartempe, et est équipée de deux points de mises à l’eau, pour du kayak ou paddle, qui vous permettront également de naviguer dans les deux sens sur la rivière. Les rives sont également propices à la pêche. Il vous sera aussi permis de visiter les trésors cachés du Poitou : Angle sur Anglin (10 min), l’un des plus beaux villages de France, le Futuroscope (50 min), Saint-Savin (8 min) avec son Abbaye datant du XI° siècle et classée au Patrimoine mondiale de l’Unesco pour ses fresques romanes, les marais Poitevin à découvrir en barque ou à pied (1h20), la cité médiévale de Chauvigny (22 min)et son spectacle des aigles ainsi que son parcours de vélo rails, la vallée des singes (1h00), Montmorillon et la cité de l’écriture (20 mn) et bien d’autres…, sans oublier le côté culinaire dont le fameux gâteau « broyé », ses macarons et fromages de chèvre…A noter également la proximité du Zoo de Beauval (1h10 ) et des thermes de la Roche Posay (25 mn). La maison est équipée du wifi et d’une télévision smart TV 4K, Une caméra de surveillance est également présente et est automatiquement déconnectée lors de la présence de vacanciers. Toutefois un cache est également mis à votre disposition si vous souhaitez l’apposer sur la caméra pour vous sentir plus tranquille. Les commerces les plus proches sont situés à St Savin (8 mn) où vous trouverez un Intermarché, boulangeries, coiffeur, pharmacie, épicerie et de savoureux restaurants. Toutefois, des livraisons de pain ont lieu tous les jours (sauf le mercredi et dimanche) entre 10h00 et 11h30. Une épicerie ambulante passe tous les mardis entre 12h00 et 13h00. A noter le marché de Chauvigny qui rassemble chaque samedi plus de 120 commerçants. Le mardi et jeudi matin celui-ci est uniquement alimentaire. L’arrivée (à partir de 17h) et le départ (à 10h) sont autonomes et se fait par l’intermédiaire d’une boîte à clé sécurisée.
