This hotel is in a beautiful location with extensive grounds and several golf courses. The chateau is a lovely centre piece overlooking the lake. We stayed in Relais des Vigiers which is separate accommodation in the grounds. The room was large, very clean and the bathroom had a great shower. There was also an outside seating area. It was ver gomfortable. We also ate in the Bistro and the food was excellent. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice beds, very comfortable, great bathroom, hotel was quiet. Beware there are 2 sites to this hotel which was not made clear. No lobby or bar. Great location but mixed service. Don’t bother with breakfast. It’s a rip off - 20 euros per person for tired continental fare and a thoroughly overcooked, tepid bacon & eggs and cold coffee.

A well located hotel, only a 10 minute walk from the train station. Lovely staff. More interesting than the usual chain hotels. Funky rooms with comfortable beds. Would stay again.

Great hotel in the center of Bordeaux. Rooms are small but wonderfully designed and comfortable. The bed is excellent. More importantly, the staff in the hotel are very helpful, and have always a smile. I would definitely stay again.

"The hotel was in an ideal location for us so very convenient. Its a common place for truckers to stop overnight. If the restaurant is closed there is a supermarket 8 mins drive or a pizza vending machine 3 minutes drive. Friendly staff. No vegetarian options tho and the walls very thin in the cabins ..."
