"予約完了後、数時間でホテル側から「設備の破損があり修理に4〜5日掛かる。キャンセルしてくれ」とのメールが来た。
この時点でキャンセル料が100%掛かる時間帯。
こちらからキャンセル手続きをすると宿泊代が戻らないかもしれないと考えてそのままにしておき東京の窓口に電話。
何度かけても時間を変えて掛けても日にちを変えて掛けても繋がらない。祝日で休みだったのかもしれないが旅先で問い合わせ窓口に電話が全然繋がらないのはとても困る。
当日、直接ホテルに出向くが看板が無く分かりにくい。
やっと見つけたら開いていない。誰もいない。
隣のアパートにオーナーか従業員が居たので事情を聞くと、彼らからキャンセル手続きはした。彼らにもサイト側からの返信が無いとのこと。
最終的に数日が経過して代金の払い戻しのメールが届いた。
窓越しに眺めた部屋はサイトの紹介通り良さそうな感じだったので泊まれなかったのは残念だ。
入口の階段に多数の野良犬の糞が落ちていたのはいただけな い。
また同じ地域に行くことがあれば今度は泊まって評価を出したいと思う。"

"No words can describe the elegance and design of this place. The house is brand new and its modern design offers effortless relaxation and comfort. The owners are a lovely couple who are very friendly and kept the house super clean. The villa is located just a few minutes drive to the beach and is close to all main amenities. Highly recommend!!! "

"Excellent place to stay away from the noisy beach street. The rooms are spacious and clean, the managememt is super pro-active and really tries to accommodate your needs. I had a great time, thank you."

"Sauberste Unterkunft des ganzen Urlaubs. Preis / leistungstechnisch eigentlich viel zu günstig. Selten so familienfreundliche & herzliche Gastgeber gehabt und wir sind bereits viel gereist. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen. "
