& service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### 自然がいっぱい 本館のお部屋に泊まりました。 全体的にお掃除は、あまり行き届いてないと思います。自然の中で、キャンプとゆう方には、平気なのかもしれませんが、虫がいろんな所にいます。 お客様は、私達だけなのにお風呂に従業員の方が入っていたのはびっくりしました。 お風呂の時間を聞かれていたので、それなら時間をずらしてもらえたらと思いました。 部屋のテレビは、アマプラの会員の方しか見られません。自分のアカウントで入るやり方です。 部屋のテレビも壊れていて、交換してもらいました。 できたら、お部屋のチェックは宿泊者がいる場合事前にして頂けたら嬉しいです。 外人の方の経営です。 日本語は、ぺらぺらですが、さっぱりした感じの対応です。 ##### Verified but although there was a cafe and menu, they wanted 5 days pre-booking for food. This wasnt mentioned anywhere in the booking info - lucky we had a car to travel the half hour journey to nearest town.
