The power went out one day, we were told that the bill hadn't probably been paid. Another day the elevator broke down. Its an 18 story building. The elevator broke down and we couldn’t get out for several hours… management didn’t pay for power and we had no power or gas for several hours. The manager doesn’t seem to care to communicate with clients to check if all is well. I never saw the manager and she only texted me the code to get into the apartment.
