Disliked: Staff & service
Horror show very rude people, they had an issue with payment from Expedia at checkout and literally held the guest i booked this for, for 5 hours until Expedia resolved payment issue. This should have been resolved before the guest was allowed to check in. The Manager left the facility and was not available to work with Expedia to resolve the issue and kept demanding cash payment from guest that had no cash on them or way to pay separately at the time, thus why I booked and payed for this room so they would not have to worry! They had him trapped behind a locked gate and threatened to call police on him for a reservation I personally paid for! Very very mean people.
