An excellent 5-star experience! The hotel is beautiful, modern, and well maintained, with very friendly and welcoming staff. The location is fantastic, making it an excellent choice for anyone visiting Nairobi. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Nairobi and would happily stay here again.

This is the best hotel in all of Kenya. And that’s not an understatement and yes, I’ve been to hotels all over Kenya for the last 11 years. Maybe there is a hotel that is drastically nicer and more luxurious up in the Masai Mara like the other JW Marriott in that location that’s $5000 a night or the Ritz Carlton in that area for $5000 a night but for 150-600 USD a night in Nairobi there is nothing better. The quality of the food the furnishings, pool, and all of its many other features is unparalleled. The Hyatt Regency might have a nicer gym, but the JW Marriott is superior in every other way.
