The house is located in Naila (Hof is about an 18-minute drive away). The A9 highway is in the immediate vicinity. The city of Hof is only an 18-minute drive away but can also be reached from the Naila train station. The Naila train station is only
about a 10-minute walk away. Various supermarkets, pharmacies, snack bars, restaurants, bistros, and a medical centre are also within walking distance.

A bright, large, and spacious holiday home. The holiday home is perfect for families, featuring a large garden and a cosy terrace. A free parking space is also available right outside the garden gate. The holiday home is located on a quiet side street in a small town. The town of Nailla has good public transport connections. From there, cities such as Hof or Bad Steben can be reached by train. The town of Kronach is about a 30-minute drive away and is perfect for a quiet and relaxing walk (e.g., Rosenberg Fortress).
