The hotel was within walking distance to the main shopping belt though I would not say very near. The best part was the heated toilet seat which was very good during the winter season. However, unlike most Japanese hotels that i have been to, this hotel closed its lobby and only opened at 3pm. I reached early and thought i could leave my luggage there to go outside for some walk, i couldn't get into the hotel at all. So i had to bring my luggage along to a nearby restaurant to wait. Laundry outside the building, approachable staff, small elevator to serve 9 floors but it’s not crowd. Cleaning room has an additional fee (as many other hotels) and clean towels can be requested at the front desk. A couple of traditional restaurants and a convenience store around the corner.
