The access to the beach was impeded when we arrived but after a quick phone call to the management company they got someone out within 24 hours and it was cleared. They made use of the native plants. It a two minute walk to the beach. You can't see but a little glimpse of the ocean from the cottage because there is a sand dune protecting the property in front of the cottage. The sand dune blocks the view, but I understand the necessity. During our stay the water came very close to the cottage. You can see Jockey's Ridge from the front of the cottage, which was nice to watch the kites and hangliders. The place was clean. ##### Zipper T.
