  • Welcome to Saltwater Paradise (PV #106):

    * First-floor unit condo with unobstructed oceanfront views
    * Sleeps 5: 1 King, 1 Queen, and 1 Twin
    * Fully stocked kitchen

    * Elevator access (elevator out of service until April 2026)

    Community amenities are not controlled by the homeowner and cannot be guaranteed.

    The elevator in our building is currently out of service. Our HOA is actively pursuing a full modernization of the elevator system; however, due to the scope of the project and the specialized parts required, we do not anticipate the elevator will be available for guest use until Spring 2026.

    We understand this may cause inconvenience and truly appreciate your understanding as we work toward long-term improvements to the property. To help ease the impact, a luggage lift is available to assist with transporting your bags. All guests must be able to navigate multiple flights of stairs. If you choose to proceed with the booking, please understand that no refunds will be given based on the availability of the elevator, it is an amenity of the HOA and is completely out of the owner's personal control.

    Make memories with your loved ones at this oceanfront, two-bedroom, two-bath condo in the heart of Nags Head. Wake up and wind down with amazing sunrises and sunsets on both sides of the unit! Enjoy a beverage and watch dolphins play from the oversized patio.

    The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and its own private bath, while the second bedroom contains a queen bed and a twin bed. The unit also features a well-equipped kitchen, two flat-screen TVs, cable and wireless internet, an in-suite washer and dryer, and beautiful patio furniture where you can take in all the views! Other property offerings include direct beach access and an outdoor shower.

    Linens (bath towels, sheets, washcloths) are included. Bring your clothes and toothbrushes, and we’ll do the rest! This is vacation—simplified.

    Our unit is within easy driving distance of many wonderful local attractions: Jockey’s Ridge, Bodie Island Lighthouse, the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Oregon Inlet, Coquina Beach, and many great restaurants and shops. We’re right where you want to be!

    Please note that we do not allow pets or smoking of any kind. All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance.

Fantastic views of the ocean! Even when the weather turned cold and blustery, we were able to enjoy being "at the beach." Kitchen very well stocked and great views of the ocean from the main living space areas as well while eating at the table or cooking in the kitchen.

Perfect Fall Getaway

Another excellent stay at one of Joe’s properties! Excellent condo with easy access to the beach and close to all of our favorite restaurants. The unit was exceptionally clean and everything looked as pictured in the photos. The balcony was bug free and provided stunning views of the ocean. We loved watching the sunrise over coffee every morning. We can’t wait to come back!

Spring Break Getaway

Our stay was great for me, my husband and our daughters who are 23 and 18. Communication from the owner was excellent, with multiple messages, tips for the area. Check in and out were easy. The unit was a first floor unit, oceanfront with a great view. Unit was clean, nicely decorated, a great location for us. It was walking distance to the pier for fishing. It was a quick trip to multiple restaurants for dinner and dessert. We will definitely like to stay there again!

Second time as good as the first

This was our second time to stay here and it was just as great as the first time we stayed. We love how close this place is to the beach. If the weather isn’t wonderful, you still feel as if you are on the beach even if you are sitting on the covered porch. The unit has everything you would ever need. Hopefully, this unit is available the next time we come to the OBX because this is where we always want to stay.

I signed up for this unit specifically for the short walk to the beach and being able to look directly out to the ocean from the porch and not at a dune. It was lovely inside, just as pictured. I have mobility issues, that a broken elevator all week made it a bit of a struggle getting up and down. The pool was just the right size to refresh.

Perfect Week!

My sister, daughter and I have an annual trip to the. Outer Banks every year around Thanksgiving. We've stayed in this unit before and had another great week this year. We relaxed, read, shopped, enjoyed delicious food and watched movies every night. We could not have asked for a better week or a better location. We were near everything. This is our fourth year, I believe staying in this location and we will be back. Lots of parking, wonderful views of the beach and near everything. We can't wait for our next visit.

Enjoyed the sight and sound of the waves!

My husband and I spent a few days for our anniversary, and it was so relaxing to just watch the amazing sunrises and listen to the waves all day and night. We kept the doors open (with screens shut) the whole time so we could hear the waves! The place is very clean, the kitchen has everything you need if you want to eat in (as we did). The furniture was mostly comfortable. There are games and puzzles, and a couple of tv's for entertainment if you are not on the beach. The owner is very communicative - just make sure you READ their instructions, because they tell you exactly what is and is not there! Overall, a great little beachfront getaway!

Our plans for this trip included taking in various sites Corolla to Cape Hatteras. This was a great central location near the pier, numerous places to eat (two of our favorites were Grits Grill for breakfast and Black Pelican for lunch and supper), and just steps to the beach! The outside of the building does look a little rough in spots, such as the stairs. There is a basketball area and a few common areas with lounge chairs. The inside of the condo is very nice. Updates and attention to details made this feel like a home away from home.

Breath taking views

The place was wonderful. Beautiful front views. We would go back again to stay. The place was spotless. The owner got back to you very fast. The beds were to firm and were foam not our type but its ok. We like soft mattresses but thats ok everyone has a different preference. . The tvs were a little small but still great. They only supply 2 rolls of toliet paper and 1 roll paper towels. No spices or oils but there plenty of dishes and cups and utensils. We do alot of cooking on vacation no biggie . Thank you for a wonderful place.

This place is a great location. Really no traffic to speak of. Easy bike ride to a local grocery store and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.
