Advance Year Bookings: Accepts Bookings more than 51 Weeks in Advance: This home accepts future year reservations more than 51 weeks in advance. Current year guests are not offered first right of refusal. Contact our office if you are having difficulty booking this home for next year. No Smoking/Vaping. Dogs Allowed. Dogs allowed for an additional fee. Heated pools are available Week Prior to Easter through Memorial Day and Labor Day Week through Mid-October. Pools are set at a comfortable 78-80 degrees during the heated season. Please note that for optimal performance, outside temperatures must remain around 60 degrees or warmer. Various weather conditions such as wind speed and direction can affect the heat performance. It was as advertised. However the cleaning was really lacking. Floors were dirty, not just sand but they were dirty, sand in beds, and hair in beds. A few maintenance issues as well. Would I stay here again, yes but I’d would really inspect for cleanliness the first day and have it re cleaned. The only other thing I would suggest is some type of pantry to keep groceries in for the week. ##### Jason B.
