If you are looking for a house ON the beach, long beach walks in peace and tranquility on the deserted National Seashore, and time with families and loved ones at an economical price, Just Beachy is your year-round vacation destination. Just Beachy has views of the sound and the ocean through its picturesque great room windows and outdoor deck.  
  
Throughout the last 14 years, the home has been renovated and features a fully updated kitchen stocked with everything needed to make any kind of meal. The Trex-decked outside shower and dressing room, and the brick BBQ are like none other on the Outer Banks. The furniture is sturdy enough for the rowdiest of kids, and Just Beachy provides an assortment of kids' books, boogie boards, and beach toys. The quiet side street provides a safe zone for outdoor child play. The wireless internet and cable provide for any kind of entertainment, and the deck is equipped with custom made Adirondack chairs to watch dolphins swimming by or to gaze at stars.   
  
Located on the Outer Banks at milepost 21 ½, Just Beachy is situated just 75 feet from the ocean, is 6 houses north of the Cape Hatteras National Seashore, and within 5 miles has sightseeing at Bodie Island lighthouse, Oregon Inlet fishing center, and historical Pea Island lifesaving station. Just Beachy has 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, and sleeps 12.
