Old Nags Head Place is a nice community with quiet streets, great for bike riding and walking to spots like Nags Head Fishing Pier for breakfast, Tortuga's for lunch or dinner and Snowbird for an ice cream cone in the evening, not to mention the beautiful Outer Banks beaches.

Outdoor amenities at "Point of Views" include: fenced-in private pool area with patio bar area, hot tub, covered patio with gas grill, sun and shade decks, poolside and deck furnishings for dining and lounging, picnic table, beach chairs, and covered parking.

Indoor amenities at "Point of Views" include: whirlpool tub, rec room with pool table and full-size refrigerator, TVs, DVD players, WiFi, stereo system, books and board games. Enjoy extras around the house, too, like having a griddle and ice cream maker in the kitchen.

Point of View is oceanside between the roads in Nags Head. Guests will walk just a block to cross the 2 lane Beach Road to access the ocean.

No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Fireplace not available for guest use. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates.
